²⁸ They drew near the village where they were traveling, and He seemed to be going farther. ²⁹ But they urged Him, saying, “Stay with us. For it is nearly evening and the day is far spent.” So He went in to stay with them.

³⁰ As He sat at supper with them, He took the bread, blessed it and broke it, and gave it to them.
